Construction Opportunity Finder is a service offered by Procter and Street. Established in 2021, Proctor and Street provides industry leading multidisciplinary project management services to the construction industry. Having already established a construction project management business, Dave and Gareth identified a gap in the market for a service seeking out opportunities for SMEs – Construction Opportunity Finder.
Many small companies have neither the time or resource to determine a future pipeline of work, this service was designed to help those organisations plan out their short to long term schedule of work.
Meet the team
Gareth Street
Director
Gareth is co-owner of the business and has a wealth of experience in work winning for SMEs and Tier 1s. Gareth has >25 years working for over 15 businesses in leadership roles.
David Procter
Director
Dave is co-owner of the business and has spent >15 years with Tier 1 contractors winning work and delivering projects across the UK in profit and loss positions.
Denise Carr
Partner
Denise joined following a 35+ year career in Local Government. Denise is super organised with a passion for “right first time” customer service and forming and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
Jack Procter
Partner
Jack has a blend of work winning and delivery experience. Sector experience and expertise includes; wind, power, MoD, directional drilling, structures and general civil engineering. Jack has worked for Mouchel, Carillion, Volker Stevin prior to joining Procter and Street.
